#1-Lay your canvas on the counter and spray it down with water.
#2-Look at the colors in the background that did not blend with the colors painted yesterday. These are the colors that will be applied today. For example, if you painted blues and purples yesterday, today you could paint the yellows and oranges. Add these new colors to your paint pallette. No Black allowed today.
#3-If you do not have a more complex background of color, now is a great time to look at clouds, sun or water from a different photo reference.
#4-The color added today will still be blended and wet, but will be thicker to cover yesterday's paint color.
#5-Only paint with colors that blend together nicely.
#6-You will not finish your painting today!
#7-Place the painting on the drying rack to dry.
